First phase of apartments launched at Newhaus
Property developer, Westmark will hold an exclusive open weekend (25 – 26 September) for prospective buyers at the new, stylish riverside apartment development of Newhaus in Newport this weekend.
The special two day event will formally launch the first phase of completed one and two bedroom apartments, set within the wider development of 154 properties located in the Old Town Dock area. Westmark will be offering various incentives, including guaranteed investor lease back options and assisted selling schemes.
As of this weekend a total of 64 apartments marketed by residential property agents, Savills and Nuttall Parker will be available to buy and move into straight away. Property prices will start from an incredible £99,999 for a one bedroom apartment.
On both Saturday and Sunday (25 – 26 September), prospective buyers will be able to visit the marketing suite between 10am – 5pm and discuss specifications and interiors with sales team advisors.
